Postpartum additional auxiliary movement

Breath and a cough
Want to take a deep breath, and the focus is the expiratory.When exhaling, or pillow support wound with hands.Maintain knee bend, try to breathe at the same time, make the motion of a slight cough, rather than being a normal cough, otherwise it will cause pain.
Leg movement
Sitting on the bed, toes stretching forward.Pull up to my toes, and then push the toes down.This continuous motion to do about 20 times, move quickly, accelerate the blood circulation.Your feet move toward the same direction at the same time, the one foot up and down one foot movement.
Then, open the feet, do stomping around movement at the same time, must first clockwise around, then reverse the clock around.
Compression knee, the bed surface, and then relax.This exercise can help big leg movement, and promote blood circulation.
Bending one foot at a time, slide the heels to go to bed, then when in knee bends, straighten out the other foot.
